Withdrawal methods and fees

Before we can process a withdrawal you must comply with our Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Please note that the withdrawal methods available for your account will be those that are shown in the Withdrawal section of your Cashier; not all methods listed below will be available at any one time. If in the future we can offer you more alternatives we’ll make sure to make those visible for you in the account.

 

CHECK

Minimum Withdrawal: $250

Maximum Withdrawal: $2,500

Fee: Your first processed withdrawal of every calendar year will be free of charge. A 3% fee is charged to all subsequent check/gift card withdrawal requests. All checks are sent via courier service.

Checks are sent via Express Courier with the exception of those sent to PO Boxes or non-continental adresses.

 

BITCOIN

Bitcoin withdrawals can be enabled for customers who actively use Bitcoin to deposit as well. Bitcoin exchange rate is based on the processed withdrawal date.

Minimum Withdrawal: $50

Maximum Withdrawal: $2,500

Fee: Your first processed withdrawal of every calendar year will be free of charge. A 3% fee is charged to all subsequent bitcoin withdrawal requests. 

 

WIRE TRANSFER

Minimum Withdrawal: $300

Maximum Withdrawal: $5,000

Fee: Your first processed withdrawal of every calendar year will be free of charge. A 3% fee is charged to all subsequent check/gift card withdrawal requests. All checks are sent via courier service.

Note: Additional banking fees may be charged while funds are in transit to you. You need to provide a voided check or statement before we can process your withdrawal via wire transfer.
Please note that your wire will be sent in foreign currency, therefore we need a SWIFT code. On receipt of these funds your bank will automatically convert them into U.S Dollars when crediting your account.
